Here at The Creamery, we take the cleanliness of our facility and the safety of our customers and employees seriously. To maintain a safe and clean shopping experience and in addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we are sanitizing high traffic surfaces frequently throughout the day. We are also screening all employees at the start of each shift, including a temperature check, and employees are advised to stay home if they exhibit symptoms* related to COVID-19.
We kindly ask that customers adhere to social distancing practices when possible as outlined by the CDC, to include 6 feet of space between groups while dining, waiting in line or shopping. We also recommend the use of a face covering when visiting the store for the safety of others.
Card payment only
For your safety and ours, we are only accepting credit card and digital forms of payment at this time. In addition to credit cards we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Our dine in service is open! Per the state of Utah’s guidelines, tables must remain spaced 6 feet apart and must be limited to groups of 10, preferably members of the same household.
We are serving all meals in our compostable to-go containers to help limit the spread of the virus. Please ask the kitchen clerk for any paper goods, condiments or for a refill cup. We ask that only new fresh cups be used at our drink service station to help against the spread of the novel coronavirus.
High risk customers
If you have symptoms*, are considered high risk or have been exposed to COVID-19, we are happy to deliver your cheese, ice cream or food order curbside. View our menus by clicking the links below and please call 833-796-4551 for curbside delivery.
*Symptoms include fever, cough, muscle aches and pains, sudden changes in smell or taste, sore throat, shortness of breath.
We have temporarily suspended our free cheese samples. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Ice cream samples have been suspended during this time and all scoops of ice cream will be served in cups only.
To maintain proper social distancing, we may at times need to limit the amount of people in the store. If this happens, we will provide our customers a place to wait outside until they are allowed inside by a store employee.
