If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us immediately (no later than three (3) days of your order receipt), by calling 833-796-4551 or emailing email@example.com. We want you to enjoy your experience with The Creamery, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund if we are not notified within three (3) days of receipt. Your notification should include your order number, the product purchased, and details of the issue with your product. For a replacement or refund, we may ask you to send the product back in its original packaging. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for products shipped to the wrong address due to customer or courier error, products sent to someone who is not at home at the time of delivery, natural disasters, or product flavor dislikes.
For replacements, The Creamery reserves the right to make substitutions with products of equal or greater value as necessary, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds.
Please allow fourteen (14) days for processing replacements or returns.
Non-perishable items may be exchanged within seven days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. All perishable items are final sale.
