COVID-19 Shipping Delays and Revised Shipping Policy
Due to the impact of Coronavirus, delivery services are experiencing delays in shipping. Our parcel delivery partner, UPS, has suspended their Service Guarantee in light of overall Coronavirus uncertainties. This means all types of shipping services, including UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air®, can experience delays. To help prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend, currently we are only shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays.

In light of possible delays and with warmer weather upon us, we strongly recommend customers select UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air® to minimize the time their favorite perishable dairy products spend in transit. The Creamery is not responsible for delays in shipping or damage to product as a result of shipping delays.

Our products are packed with frozen gel ice for transportation via UPS to keep them cold. To help ensure that your products remain in the best condition, we recommend shipping to a location where someone is able to properly store the products upon arrival. This is especially true during warmer months. Even if packed with frozen gel ice, products are no match for the sun if your package is left on a hot porch for several hours.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Generally, orders received before 11 a.m. Mountain Time will ship the same business day and orders received after 11 a.m. Mountain Time will ship the following business day. In all cases, orders will ship within three (3) business days.

At your selection, shipment will be made via UPS Next Day Air®UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS® Ground.  To prevent products from sitting in transit over the weekend, we do not ship UPS 2nd Day Air® on Thursdays and Fridays or UPS Next Day Air® on Fridays. If you are shipping an order during warm weather to a location where the package may be left outside for several hours, we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air® or UPS 2nd Day Air®.

The Creamery is not responsible for delays in shipping or damage to product as a result of shipping delays. The Creamery is not responsible for damaged or expired cheese if shipments are deemed undeliverable or if packages are left outside for several hours during warm weather. Do not enter P.O. boxes for shipping purposes. UPS only delivers to physical addresses. We do not require signatures upon delivery of shipments.
