Shipping Policy

While we take steps to mitigate the risk associated with shipping a perishable product, including the use of frozen gel ice packs and insulated boxes, unfortunately, there are some things outside of our control once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we highly recommend that you select the shipping option that allows your order to arrive within two days (overnight is recommend when temps exceed 70 degrees). We are not responsible for perishable items if shipping method selected extends time in transit beyond two days, including weekends, since ice packs only stay cold for so long.

Shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of shipping time or arrival date.

• We ship orders Monday through Thursday
• Orders will ship out as soon as possible and within five business days. Typically, orders received after 12 p.m. MT will ship the following business day
• Overnight or two-day delivery method are recommended; we are not responsible for perishable orders if shipping method selected exceeds time in transit beyond two days including weekends
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes; please provide a physical address to avoid a delay in processing your order
• We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses that create a carrier delay in delivery or a non-delivery; refunds or replacements will not be made
• We are not responsible for deliveries left outside if no one is home at time of delivery
• We do not require a signature upon delivery of shipment
• We do not ship internationally

The Creamery is not responsible for orders impacted by shipping delays associated with carrier delays including but not limited to:

• high package volume (i.e., peak holiday season)
• weather events
• strikes
• natural disasters
• pandemics
• inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
• holidays that fall on a weekday that add additional delivery time

To ensure delivery of your holiday order(s) please note the following holiday ordering deadlines. We strongly recommend placing orders early to avoid delays associated with high holiday package volume. 

UPS Ground — Sunday, December 17 by 11:59 p.m. MT

UPS Second Day Air® — Tuesday, December 19 by 11:59 p.m. MT

UPS Next Day Air® — Thursday, December 21 by 11:59 p.m. MT
