A Better Way to Handle Corporate Gifting This Holiday Season

The Sweet & Salty curated box from The Creamery

Finding a meaningful holiday gift for one person can take time. Finding gifts for an entire team, client list or group of business partners can quickly become a much bigger project.

There are recipients to organize, budgets to consider, addresses to collect and delivery dates to coordinate. Then there is the gift itself: something thoughtful enough to show genuine appreciation, but practical enough to send to a long list of people.

That is where group gifting can help.

At The Creamery, Group Gifting brings the warmth of a thoughtfully selected food gift together with personal assistance for larger orders. Our curated boxes feature cheeses made in Beaver, Utah, with fresh dairy from family farms, paired with sweet treats, savory accompaniments and other items made for sharing.

Who Is Group Gifting for?

Group Gifting is not limited to large corporations. It is a practical option for businesses, organizations and individuals ordering gifts in larger quantities.

You might use Group Gifting to:

  • Thank employees for their contributions throughout the year

  • Send client gift boxes to strengthen important relationships

  • Recognize business partners, vendors or sponsors

  • Celebrate farm hands, crews or seasonal teams

  • Send gifts to board members, volunteers or community partners

  • Purchase holiday gifts for a large family or personal list

At The Creamery, we use the name "Group Gifting" as an umbrella term because the service is designed for more than traditional corporate gifting. Any qualifying large-quantity order can benefit, whether it's purchased by a company, organization or individual buyer.

One order, multiple recipients

One of the most time-consuming parts of holiday gifting is placing separate orders for people in different locations. But when you take advantage of Group Gifting from The Creamery, gifts can be coordinated for multiple recipients through one order.

Our team helps organize recipient addresses, shipping preferences, gift messages and shipment dates. That means you spend less time navigating individual transactions and more time choosing gifts that feel right for the people receiving them. Our process supports individual addresses, gift messages and scheduled ship dates. If several gifts are going to one office or location, simply let us know.

Gifts that fit your business need and budget

The right gift may look different for an employee, a longtime client or an entire department. The Creamery offers curated boxes at a range of price points, making it easier to select an option that fits the occasion and your overall budget.

Some boxes focus on classic cheeses, while others pair cheeses with meats, crackers, sweets and other accompaniments. Several can also serve as ready-to-enjoy cheese and charcuterie kits, giving recipients something they can share during the holiday season.

Not sure which option is right for your list?

Our Group Gifting service includes one-on-one concierge support for large orders of 25 or more boxes. A member of our team will help you select from our curated box collection or discuss customized offerings designed around your recipients, gifting goals and budget. Planning a large order comes with volume savings. Orders of 25 or more curated boxes receive a 10% discount.

Schedule your gifts for later

Crossing holiday gifting off your to-do list early in the season does not mean your gifts have to arrive early.

We make it easy to place an order and schedule shipments for a later date. This gives you more control over when gifts are sent while helping you complete the planning before calendars begin filling with holiday events and PTO.

Scheduling is especially helpful when:

  • Employee gifts should arrive near a holiday gathering

  • Client gifts need to reach recipients during a specific week

  • Different groups require different shipment dates

  • Year end budgets must be used by a specific date

Although The Creamery can help coordinate shipping any time, ordering early is still the best approach. It gives your team time to finalize recipient information and ensures availability of your selections.

What to prepare for your order

A little preparation can make Group Gifting as easy as handing over the project and letting our team do the rest. While not required at the time of ordering, we recommend gathering as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Your estimated number of gifts. Start with an approximate quantity, even if your recipient list is not completely final. This helps determine whether the order qualifies for Group Gifting savings.

  1. Your budget. Consider both your desired price per gift and your overall budget. This will help the team identify curated boxes or customized options that best fit your needs.

  1. Recipient names and addresses. Compile a spreadsheet including names, street addresses, apartment or suite numbers, cities, states and ZIP codes. If gifts are being sent to businesses, include business names where appropriate.

  1. Your preferred gift or box style. Think about the experience you want to send. Are you looking for an approachable employee gift, an impressive client gift box or a generous food gift made for sharing? You do not need to have a final selection before reaching out. An idea of your audience, budget and gifting goals gives the team a helpful place to start.

  1. Your preferred shipment timing. Decide whether every gift should ship together or whether you need more than one shipment date. If you are working toward a specific event or arrival window, share that information with our team at the beginning of the process.

  1. Gift message details. Determine whether every recipient will receive the same message or whether messages need to be personalized.

A gift that feels good to send

Holiday gifts should do more than check a name off a list. They should:

  • Help employees feel valued
  • Remind clients that their partnership matters
  • Demonstrate the values of your business or brand
  • Give recipients something they will genuinely enjoy

The Creamery’s curated boxes are filled with cheeses made in Beaver, Utah, using fresh dairy supplied by family farms. Each order offers a meaningful way to share something good while supporting the farmers behind the gift.
