COVID-19 Shipping Delays and Revised Shipping Policy
Due to the impact of Coronavirus, delivery services are experiencing delays in shipping. All carriers have suspended service guarantees as a result. This means all types of shipping services, including overnight and two-day, can experience delays and should be expected. Please keep in mind when selecting your delivery method.
While we take steps to mitigate the risk associated with shipping a perishable product, including the use of frozen gel ice packs and insulated boxes, unfortunately, there are some things outside of our control once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of shipping time or arrival date.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we highly recommend that you select the shipping option that allows your order to arrive within two days (overnight is recommend when shipping to warm climates – temps above 70 degrees). We are not responsible for perishable items if shipping method selected extends time in transit beyond two days, including weekends, since ice packs only stay cold for so long.
- We do not ship Friday through Sunday
- Orders will ship out as soon as possible, within five business days. Typically orders received after 12 noon MT will ship the following business day
- Overnight or two-day delivery method are recommended to minimize time in transit
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address to avoid delays in processing your order
- We do not require signatures upon delivery of shipment
- We are not responsible for deliveries left outside if no one is home at time of delivery
- We are unable to ship internationally at this time
The Creamery is not responsible for delays in shipping associated with:
- high package volume (i.e., peak holiday season)
- weather events
- natural disasters
- inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
