This cheese is some of the best in the state. Living farther away it’s easy to get it shipped then drive three hours to pick some up. Glad we have the opportunity to share how great this little creamery is.

I just bought this Gouda and find it incredibly bland. It's got so little "Gouda" taste I'm wondering if it was even mis-labeled. Could that be? (My piece says it was packed on 8-25-22). The Gouda I'm most familiar with has a creamy, caramel-like taste to it. Left long enough, such cheese grows little rich, crunchy crystals. This Gouda here is nothing like that. My experiences with your other cheese products have all been positive. So, I'll call this an unlucky fluke. But I caution other shoppers with similar expectations... this is NOT at all a traditional Dutch-tasting Gouda.
