Chocolate-Peanut Butter Banana Dream Overnight Oats
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients for the base
• 1 carton The Creamery 2% Chocolate Milk
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 cup old-fashioned oats
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons chocolate or vanilla protein powder
• 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Ingredients for the toppings
• Sliced banana
• Roasted peanuts
• Dark chocolate chips
• A generous pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
-
In a mason jar or bowl, combine the chocolate milk, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. Stir until combined.
-
Stir in the old-fashioned oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.
-
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours). The oats will absorb the liquid, and the chia seeds will help thicken the mixture into a creamy pudding-like consistency.
-
In the morning, give your oats a good stir. Add the sliced banana, a sprinkle of crushed peanuts, a few dark chocolate chips, and a drizzle of peanut butter on top for an extra indulgent finish.
-
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top to balance the sweetness and bring out all the flavors.
Real milk. Real fun flavors.
