Single-Serve No-Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie

It’s the end of a long day, the house is finally quiet, and the sweet craving kicks in. You tell yourself, “I’ll fight the sweet craving tonight,” but in the end, you end up eating old cookies from the back of the pantry.

This Single-Serve No-Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie is much more satisfying than old cookies, we promise you! It’s rich, creamy, and made with The Creamery Chocolate 2% Milk – real milk from family farms in Utah. It comes together in minutes and sets in just an hour–perfect timing to check off your evening to-dos, relax, and enjoy a well-deserved treat with your favorite show or book.

If preparing for two people, simply double the recipe and assemble in separate bowls. You can also make ahead and store in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Single-Serve No-Bake Chocolate Pudding Pie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients for the filling

  • ½ carton of The Creamery Chocolate 2% Milk (save the rest for tomorrow night!)
  • 2 tablespoons instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons Cool Whip
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or pinch of salt for extra flavor

Ingredients for the crust

  • 3 tablespoons crumbled graham crackers or Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons melted butter (to bind the crumbs)

Toppings (optional)

  • Cool Whip
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • Drizzle of chocolate syrup
  • Mini marshmallows or crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. To make the crust, combine the crumbled graham crackers or Oreo crumbs with melted butter, and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it into the bottom of a small dish (ramekin, glass, or mason jar). Chill the crust in the fridge for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the filling.

  2. To prepare the filling, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix, The Creamery Chocolate 2% Milk and vanilla. Whisk until it thickens, about two minutes. Gently fold in Cool Whip to make the filling extra creamy and fluffy.

  3. To assemble, spoon the chocolate pudding mixture onto the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spoon. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.

  4. Once the pudding has set, add your choice of toppings.

Real milk. Real fun flavors.
