How to: The Creamery's Finest Cheeseboard

This tasty spread will impress your friends with creamy cheeses representing our three most popular flavors, alongside Utah-made pairings that will leave their mouthwatering. 

The Plate: We suggest a round wooden tray, up to 15-inch diameter

 

Ingredients

Cheese:

  • Medium Cheddar, 1 pound
  • Gouda, 1 pound
  • Pepper Jack, 1 pound

Meat:

  • Creminelli sopressa salami

Accompaniments:

  • Bluebird Candy Co. candied almonds, quarter pound
  • Cox Honeyland honey, 2 ounces
  • Pepperlane Cran-Peno jelly, 11 ounces
  • Mimi’s Country Caramels, Sea Salt Caramels
  • Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread, 6 ounces

Tools:

  • The Creamery cheese knife
  • 2 small ramekins or serving bowls for jelly and honey
  • Cutting board
  • Selected serving board

Optional others:

  • Sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Additional accompaniments, such as sliced fruit, chocolates or pickled vegetables

Instructions

  1. Fill small ramekins or serving bowls with jelly and honey, place both on the board
  2. Arrange the sliced medium cheddar, gouda, pepper jack — between the cheese and the jelly, leave enough room to fill in with the remaining items
  3. Place sliced meat and flatbread crackers
  4. Fill in board with candied almonds, caramels and any additional accompaniments

 

Pro Tip: Add 2-3, 4-inch sprigs of fresh rosemary for a festive touch
