- Medium Cheddar, 1 pound
- Gouda, 1 pound
- Pepper Jack, 1 pound
Meat:
- Creminelli sopressa salami
Accompaniments:
- Bluebird Candy Co. candied almonds, quarter pound
- Cox Honeyland honey, 2 ounces
- Pepperlane Cran-Peno jelly, 11 ounces
- Mimi’s Country Caramels, Sea Salt Caramels
- Rustic Bakery Olive Oil & Sel Gris Flatbread, 6 ounces
Tools:
- The Creamery cheese knife
- 2 small ramekins or serving bowls for jelly and honey
- Cutting board
- Selected serving board
Optional others:
- Sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Additional accompaniments, such as sliced fruit, chocolates or pickled vegetables

Instructions
- Fill small ramekins or serving bowls with jelly and honey, place both on the board
- Arrange the sliced medium cheddar, gouda, pepper jack — between the cheese and the jelly, leave enough room to fill in with the remaining items
- Place sliced meat and flatbread crackers
- Fill in board with candied almonds, caramels and any additional accompaniments
